Does this package include everything I need for social media?
This package is designed to give start-up and small businesses a hands-off strong social media presence and eliminate the worries of your social channels making your business look outdated and/or amateur. We will create and manage all the essentials and posts of your Facebook and/or Instagram accounts so you don’t have to, so in that sense, this service is everything your business may need for social media. However, if you are looking for a higher level of managed services, including in-depth social media strategizing, competitive analyses & research, higher-budgeted social advertising campaigns, professional account management, and/or a results-oriented focus on your business objectives, then our sister company, Sryde Digital Marketing, will be able to put together a custom service package for you. Can I provide you with announcements or promotions to post about my business?
Yes you can. If you want to tell your social followers about a change in hours, or a special announcement, or a specific promotion you are having, let us know 1 week in advance or more and we will create and publish posts about it.
How many months do I have to commit to?
No commitment is required and you can cancel anytime you choose with 30 days notice.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All payments must be made via credit card. We will need to keep the card on file and charge monthly for our services.
If I need to communicate with you, when are you available?
We take pride in being available as often as possible. You should be able to reach us 7 days/week, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM via phone or email.
